29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) 5000 Dearborn Circle, Mount Laurel, NJ: on or about July 18, 2019 four Strategic Funding Alternatives LLC employees were working from the baskets of two JLG Articulating Boom aerial lifts. The employees were using any form of body belt or harness and were not anchored to the boom or basket exposing them to potential fall hazards.
