29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) Warehouse, Battery Charging Station: On or about July 18, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries, in that frequent inspections of a Self-Contained Eyewash Station (Honeywell Porta Stream II) were not performed to ensure it was in a suitable condition for immediate use.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle may not supply a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4. a) Repack Area: On or about July 18, 2019, and at times prior, the employer allowed employees to work in close proximity to overloaded electrical outlets thus exposing them to fire hazards while utilizing electrical fans (Power Plus Drum Fans). The fans overloaded the 120 Volt - 15 Amp electrical branch.
