(b) On or about July 17, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards where the left and right side of the stair rail system, located on the east side of the mezzanine, did not have adequate guarding in that the opening exceeded 19 inches at its least dimension on both sides. (b) On or about July 17, 2019, and at times prior, the employer, Tumbleweed Tiny House Company, did not ensure employees were protected from blade contact hazards while operating a Jet Proshop II #20 table saw (middle of shop), which was not equipped with a hood guard. (c) On or about July 17, 2019, and at times prior, the employer, Tumbleweed Tiny House Company, did not ensure employees were protected from blade contact hazards while operating a Powermatic #25 table saw (south side of shop), which was not equipped with a hood guard.
