29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used: At this construction site, employees conducted exterior masonry work on a scaffold on the second level. The employer did not ensure ladder access was available. Valentin Gomez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365290, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 929 E Reno, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.
