Main service area: On or about July 18, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working with unlabeled bottles of chemicals such as, but not limited to; Rotella 15W-40 Motor Oil (001D5439), Mobile ATF 134 transmission fluid (201530202065). b. Detail bay: On or about July 18, 2019 and at times prior employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working with unlabled bottles of chemicals such as, but not limited to; Luxcare Protection Fabric Sealant, tire shine.
