Pouch line 1 - On or about July 12 2019, employer did not ensure that the roller on the conveyor was guarded from employees packing product and cleaning the conveyor.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about July 19, 2019, and at times prior to, employees to hazards associated with improperly stored fire extinguishers where the following deficiencies found included, but were not limited to: a) Warehouse - Access to the fire extinguisher was obstructed by pallets placed were placed in front of it. In addition, it was not properly marked. b) Pouch Line 1- Fire extinguisher was mounted, but not properly marked.
