29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Single Family Frame (New Construction): An employee engaged in residential framing/carpentry was exposed to a fall hazard of 18 feet above the ground surface without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not ensure that affected employees were provided with a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 7/19/19. b) Single Family Frame (New Construction): Employees engaged in residential framing/carpentry were exposed to a fall hazard of 8 feet above the ground surface without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not ensure that affected employees were provided with a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 7/19/19.
