29 CFR 1926.703(d)(1): Reinforcing steel for walls, piers, columns, and similar vertical structures was not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse. This violation occurred on or about July 12, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the rebar cages under construction were adequately supported, exposing employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards.
