29 CFR 1926.703(d)(1): Reinforcing steel for walls, piers, columns, and similar vertical structures was not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse. This violation occurred on or about July 12, 2019, and at times prior thereto, B-C Walker, Inc. did not ensure employees of a subcontractor effectively supported rebar cages while under construction, exposing the employees of a subcontractor to caught-in and struck-by hazards.
