29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Spectra Metal Sales, Inc. / 6100 Boat Rock Blvd. Atlanta, GA / Stamping Department - On or about 7/16/2019 two relocatable power taps (surge protectors) were not used in accordance with listing or labeling, in that they were used in an industrial setting, connected to each other to power the logic controller located on a screen stamping machine.
