29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems required by this subpart for employee(s) and did not comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before employee(s) began the work that necessitates the fall protection.  a) Fourth floor of 125 Ted Turner Drive, Atlanta, Georgia: On or about July 22, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer provided the employee a makeshift anchor that included a strap wrapped around a concrete column with an eye hook that was attached to a rope for a fall protection system.
