29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures:   a) On or about 7/18/19, at Room 301 area of the site, Amherst, NY. Energized wires of 120 volts, 20 amps were not guarded against accidental contact, this resulted in an employee being shocked while working in the area.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
