Albany, NY- On or about July 23, 2019 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while doing roofing work 11 feet from the ground and was not protected from falling to the next lower level.      b) 21 Lisha Kill Rd. Albany, NY- On or about July 23, 2019 employees were exposed to a fall hazard while removing plywood from a telescoping fork truck, while conducting roofing work.
