29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)    On or about 07/16/2019, employees were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to: laceration hazards from vertical rebar rods and walkways were was not kept clear of cords which exposed employees to slip, trip hazards as a result of frequent and regular inspections not being performed and corrected.
