29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Enclosed workplace(s) were not so constructed, equipped, and maintained to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted: (a) On or about 7/22/19 - Facility, rodent droppings were observed in areas of the stockroom. General environmental controls were not utilized to prevent harborage and pest control services were not effective.
