Workers were conducting tuckpointing work, approximately 18 feet above ground level, without a body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket.  The worker were exposed to a fall hazard.

The workers were exposed to a fall hazard while working from an aerial lift without any procedures to control or eliminate the fall hazard.
