29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift    JOB SITE: 6655 Manchester Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63139, on or about 7/24/2019, workers were observed on a JLG Lift, Model: 600AJ, S/N: 0300249463, Rental Unit #249463/1093.  Workers were conducting tuckpointing work, approximately 18 feet above ground level, without a body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket.  The worker were exposed to a fall hazard.

The workers were exposed to a fall hazard while working from an aerial lift without any procedures to control or eliminate the fall hazard.
