On or about 7/24/2019 at 4329 Old Hamilton Mill Road Buford, GA where the builder failed to ensure railings were installed in all of the new construction windows and doorways above 6-feet to the lower level. All trades were exposed to fall hazards of up to 25-feet to the lower level. b. On or about 7/24/2019 at 4329 Old Hamilton Mill Road Buford, GA where the builder failed to ensure railings were installed at the right side of the stairs at the landing exposing workers of all trades to fall hazards of 11-feet 6-inches.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: On or about 7/24/2019 at 4329 Old Hamilton Mill Road Buford, GA where the builder failed to ensure railings were installed along the exposed edge of the new construction stairway to the second floor. All trades using the stairway for access and egress from the second floor were exposed to fall hazards of up to 11-feet 6-inches to the lower level.
