Plumbers were identified using the saw for cutting wood.

On or about 7/24/2019 at 4329 Old Hamilton Mill Road Buford, GA where the employer failed to ensure railings were installed in all of the new construction windows and doorways above 6-feet to the lower level where employees were working. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 25-feet to the lower level. b. On or about 7/24/2019 at 4329 Old Hamilton Mill Road Buford, GA where the employer failed to ensure railings were installed at the right side of the stairs at the landing exposing workers on the second floor to fall hazards of 11-feet 6-inches.

Plumbers were observed using the stairway for access and egress from the second floor exposed to fall hazards of up to 11-feet 6-inches to the lower level.
