Flammable Storage Room: On, or about, July 19, 2019, the door that communicated with the main shop was left open. Also, electrical equipment such as an extension cord, fan and wiring contained in conduit was located in the room. The electrical equipment was not suitable for use in a Class 1 hazardous location.
