Location: 1706 Paterson Plank Rd, North Bergen, NJ. a) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when utilizing a Ridgid Threading machine that was energized by an extension cord without a ground fault circuit interrupter, as well as not providing the employees with an assured equipment grounding conductor program; on or about 7/22/19.
