29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: On or about 5/20/2019, Access road to working cell. Trucking companies were allowed to retract tarped trailers underneath 115 volt electrical transmission lines. Conductive objects were within six inches or less of the non insulated transmission lines. Abatement certification is required for this item.
