29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures.   Moss Landing Boat Works: There was no written respiratory protection program established or implemented for employees who are required to wear filtering face piece/ N95  when grinding, sanding, and welding vessel surfaces. Employees are exposed to air contaminants and respiratory illness.  The Moss Landing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number1348332 citation number 1, item number A, and was affirmed as a final order on (11/27/2018), with respect to a workplace located at 7501 Sandholt Road.
