29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, nor did the employer assess and limit the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section: (a) On or about 24 July, 2019, and at times prior, for an employee exposed to potential respiratory hazards where an employee utilized a Soff-Cut X-4000 Prowler walk-behind concrete saw to cut concrete for approximately four hours in absence of an integrated water delivery system at or near 975 Kirman Avenue in Reno, Nevada.
