On or about July 25, 2019, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard up to 13 feet while working from the bed of a truck installing siding and suitable fall protection was not used.     b. On or about July 25, 2019, an employee was exposed a fall hazard up to 13 feet while standing on a stool resting on a platform that was attached to the bed of a truck and suitable fall protection was not used.
