29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 07/25/2019 - Dairy freezer, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards due to the wet conditions of the floor caused by leaks. (b) On or about 07/25/2019 - Dairy freezer, the employer did not ensure that the dairy freezer was in a sanitary state, in that there was discoloration on the walls and ceiling of the freezer.
