29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iii): The contract employer did not prepare a record which contains the identity of the contract employee, the date of training, and the means used to verify that the employee understood the training:  a) Workplace, 255 Route 1 & 9, Jersey City,  NJ  The employer directed their employees to work on a PSM covered process, specifically to prepare and paint metal surfaces of an Ammonia Refrigeration system including piping and equipment on the roof of Ahold eCommerce.  During such operations workers were exposed to Ammonia hazards in the case of a leak, discharge or equipment failure.  The employer did not prepare a record that contains the identity of the contract employee, the date of training, and the means used to verify that the employee understood the training.     Violation occurred on or about June 7, 2019
