29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  a)  At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 7/26/19:  Workers installing a roofing system on a low slope roof were not protected from falling 20 feet to ground where warning lines were laying on the deck or not otherwise available and where the number of workers exposed would have made a monitor ineffective.      RSI Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1249399, repeat citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on  10/2/17, with respect to a workplace located at Bienecke Student Activities Village, Hamilton College, 198 College Hill Road, Clinton, NY  13323.
