On or about 7/25/2019, in the office cubicles area designated for the Management and Program Analysts at Building 723 Belt Road, Aguadilla, PR, a series-connected relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. b. On or about 7/25/2019, in a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent work station, next to the Mission Support Office at Building 722 Belt Road, Aguadilla, PR, two series-connected relocatable power taps were not directly connected to permanently installed branch circuit receptacles. NOTE 1: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
