29 CFR 1910.23(c)(11): Portable ladders used to gain access to an upper landing surface did not have side rails that extended at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface. a) On or about July 24, 2019, on the roof located at 4648 Bayou Nock Drive, employees utilized two ladders, (Werner #D1224-2) that were not extended at least 3 ft. past the roof landing to gain access to the roof.
