29 CFR 1926.150(a)(3): Firefighting equipment, provided by the employer, was not conspicuously located: a) 811 Parks Street SW, Atlanta/Second floor student housing - On or about 7/26/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to the fire hazards in that a portable fire extinguisher was not mounted and identified for employees working at the construction job site.
