29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Contracted exterior weather-wrap & finish carpentry work was scheduled and authorized by the general contractor at Jacobs Landing building at the corner of Bunns Lane & Amboy Ave in Woodbridge NJ, despite the energized 13kV power line along / against the upper building façade; exposing worker(s) to electrical shock hazard. Condition(s) were noted on or about 7/16/2019.
