On or about July 29, 2019 on the southeast side of the print operations room, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working near an electrical receptacle box that had an open knock out on the side of the box without that opening being closed.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about July 29, 2019: a. On the northwest corner of the press room, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working near the Practix roller machine control panel which used an extension cord in as a substitute for fixed wiring. b. On the northeast side of the press room, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working near the Axiom roller machine and ventilation fan which used an extension cord in as a substitute for fixed wiring.
