29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use, which is applicable to shipyard employment by 1915.154 that incorporates the General Industry requirement. Dock 3, Polar Star Ship, Petty Officer Showers: A written respiratory protection program with worksite specific procedures was not available or provided. Employees using half-face respirators when using Goof Off Professional Strength for cleaning which cases various inhalation hazards.
