29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): A) The Carter-Jones Lumber Company, doing business as Holmes Lumber Company, conducting work at 120 Ratcliff Lane, Plain City, OH 43064: On or about July 25, 2019, the employer in control of the construction activities at the job site did not ensure that subcontracted employees were adequately protected from fall hazards after becoming aware of the hazards. The subcontracted employees were conducting roofing activities atop the two story residential structure and were exposed to approximately 20 feet fall hazard from the roof of the structure to the ground below.
