29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) Suez Water Treatment, 90 Irondale Rd., Bloomsburg, PA: The boom of the truck crane (National Crane N-100/38-45), being used to install a pump at the station, made contact with an energized 7200 volt overhead line resulting in the severe injury of two employees, on or about July 29, 2019. Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
