29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(i): Portable cord and plug connected equipment and flexible cord sets (extension cords) were not visually inspected before use on any shift for external defects (such as loose parts, deformed and missing pins, or damage to outer jacket or insulation) and for evidence of possible internal damage (such as pinched or crushed outer jacket):    a) 1240-1242 Cranbury South River Rd, Cranbury, NJ 08512     Enforcer Ferro Battery Chargers: Employer exposed employees to potential shock and electrocution hazards from operating battery chargers that have sections of the power cords wrapped in masking tape and electrical tape. The tape impedes the visual inspection of the electrical cords to identify evidence of possible damage.    Condition noted on or about 7/29/2019.
