29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) 417 South H Street, Livingston MT: On or about July 12, 2019, and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Cipriani Construction did not ensure its subcontractors; Ron and Son's Painting, protected their employees in that the employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet to the ground below while performing painting operations without fall protection.
