29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): Employers did not ensure that rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load:    a) Worksite located at 250 E 22nd Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002    An employee was exposed to crushing injuries while using a Liftex endless rope sling that was not clearly marked by its identification tag and warning labels for its load capacities and limitations.  The sling was used to rig a pipeline which shifted while suspended crushing the employee's right hand middle finger.    Incident occurred on or about July 26, 2019
