29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. (a) Only July 30, 2019 employees performing roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 6 feet. The employees were wearing the body harness but not tied off to prevent a fall from heights exceeding 6 feet.
