29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems: a) 1727 State St. Schenectady, NY- On or about July 24, 2019, four employees installing roofing material while on the roof of a commercial building construction site were exposed to a fall hazard of a height of 16 feet to 18 feet from the ground. Employees were not protected by any means of fall protection.
