OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious crushing injuries from forklifts overturning when handling wood trusses while operating on a slope.      On and about July 26, 2019, employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards while setting wood trusses on a pole barn when the Skytrak 6036 RT forklift operator elevated and extended the mast before repositioning the lift while operating on an 11.5 degree slope, causing the lift to rollover onto the driver's side.
