29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 811 Feathermore Pl, Mableton, GA: Workers who were installing roof shingles were exposed to lower level fall hazards of approximately 20-feet, in that; no fall protection was being used.  Alejandro Iturralde Blanco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1388261, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/04/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5950 Roxboro Ct Cumming, GA 30040.

29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system:Note:  The use of a body belt in a positioning device system is acceptable and is regulated under paragraph (e) of this section.  a) 811 Feathermore Pl, Mableton, GA: Workers installing roof shingles were exposed to back and torso injuries, and asphyxiation via falls, in that; body belts were used in lieu of body harnesses as part of a personal fall arrest system.   The Alejandro Iturralde Blanco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1388261, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/04/2019 with respect to a workplace located at 5950 Roxboro Ct Cumming, GA 30040.
