29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : a- Framed Exterior: An employee engaged in framing activities on an unprotected framed edge was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 05/08/2019. Zaka Construction LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1007360, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 11/17/2014 with respect to a work place located at 127 Edgewood Road, Florham Park, NJ 07932. This citation became a final order on 12/09/2014.
