29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms where the entire platform was not attached to the fork. On or about July 30, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were installing the gutter caps on the commercial building under construction using a rough terrain forklift with a personal work platform approximately 15 feet high that was not attached to the forks, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
