29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) 17 E. Front St., Trenton, NJ; on or about July 31, 2019, an employee of The Q Group Builders Inc. was doing masonry fascia work from a ladder jack scaffold. The employer did not ensure that the employee was using fall protection, exposing him to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to the ground below.
