29 CFR 1926.250(a)(1): Materials stored in tiers were not stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse: a) Acopian Engineering Building, Worksite - on or about July 29, 2019, glass panels were being stored in a location where other tradework was to occur, but the material was stacked in a manner that permitted it to tip over after minor contact by another contractor's employee.
