However, an employer with 10 or fewer employees may communicate the plan orally to employees.  On July 10, 2019, at the facility located at 15 Enterprise Way in Dahlonega, Georgia the employer chose to implement an emergency action plan; however, the plan was not in writing and did not address weather emergencies.

The employer did not ensure a review of the procedures, that included Authorized employees, was performed.     Davis Machine, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1318080, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/28/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Enterprise Way, Dahlonega, Georgia 30533.
