29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about July 29, 2019, the employer, Alfonso, LLC., did not ensure 8 employees were protected from fall hazards at a height of 13 feet at Tower #1, 10.7 feet at Tower #2, approximately 10.8-10.9 feet at Tower#3, and 10.7 feet at Tower #4 at the new apartment construction projects located at 9425 Twenty Mile Road in Parker, Colorado. Fall protection systems were on site but not in use by employees. The employer, Alfonso, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1165152, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/21/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3361 Euclid Ave, Centennial, CO 80121.
