29 CFR 1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees  who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate  understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section:Note:  Circumstances where retraining is required include, but are not limited to, situations where (1) Changes in the workplace render previous training obsolete; or (2) Changes in the types of fall protection systems or equipment to be used render previously.  On or about August 1, 2019 at 5126 Peachtree Boulevard, Chamblee, Georgia where an employee demonstrated that that he did not retain the training provided by the employer, the employer did not retrain the employee.
