29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Except as provided by paragraph (a)(3) of this section, each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who was on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet* (4.6m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems: a. On or about 07/26/2019, at building B600 - an employee was hospitalized after he fell 33 feet 3 inch to the concrete floor while installing roof metal sheets, in that, he was not connected to his retractable lanyard.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about July 26, 2019 at 2501 Consulate Dr. Orlando, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on July 26, 2019 at around 3:45p.m. The employer notified OSHA on July 29, 2019 at 1:39 P.M. of the in-patient hospitalization.
